HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR The Town of Brattleboro seeks an experienced human resources professional to modernize and standardize the Town's HR practices and to lead the Town's efforts to achieve diversity and equity throughout the Town staff. TOWN OF BRATTLEBORO HIGHWAY/ UTILITIES SUPERINTENDENT Full time in the Department of Public Works. Responsibilities include assisting Director of Public Works in overall administrative and operational aspects of the Department with emphasis placed on the construction/maintenance of highway systems and maintaining efficient water and sewer services. Exercises supervision of Highway, Distribution & Utilities Division employees. Good planning, administrative, personnel and budget management skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Two or four year degree in civil, environmental, mechanical engineering or related field or graduation from a high school supplemented by completion of courses relating to water supply and distribution and sewage disposal, or any equivalent combination of schooling and experience.
