PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Windham Regional Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at the Windham Regional Commission, Brattleboro, VT to consider the request of the Town of Jamaica for approval of its Town Plan as provided by 24 VSA 4350(b). The WRC will consider whether the Town Plan is consistent with the Vermont Planning Goals, compatible with the Windham Regional Plan, compatible with the approved plans of other Towns in the region, and contains all the elements and statements provided by the Planning Act. The public hearing will also be held to consult with the Town of Jamaica and consider the confirmation of the Town's planning process as provided by 24 VSA 4350(a).
