WILMINGTON TOWN PLAN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Windham Regional Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at the Wilmington Town Offices, 2 East Main Street, Wilmington, to consider the request of the Town of Wilmington for approval of its Town Plan as provided by 24 VSA 4350(b). The WRC will consider whether the Town Plan is consistent with the Vermont Planning Goals, compatible with the Windham Regional Plan, compatible with the approved plans of other Towns in the region, and contains all the elements and statements provided by the Planning Act. The public hearing will also be held to consult with the Town of Wilmington and consider the confirmation of the Town's planning process as provided by 24 VSA 4350(a). WARNING SPECIAL MEETING WINDHAM SOUTHEAST UNIFIED UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT January 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The legal voters of the Windham Southeast Unified Union School District (the "District"), comprising the voters of the Towns of Brattleboro, Dummerston, Guilford, and Putney are hereby notified and warned to meet at Brattleboro Union High School in Brattleboro, VT on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in the gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. to conduct the following business: i. To elect a temporary presiding officer and clerk of the District from among the qualified voters of the district. ii. To swear in the members of the Transitional Board created in Article 9 of the District's Articles of Agreement, who shall immediately assume office and serve until the voters of the District elect the initial members of the Board of Directors and those members are sworn in and assume their duties. iii.
