NOTICE OF TAX SALE The resident and nonresident owners, mortgagees and lienholders of lands in the Town of Townshend in the County of Windham and State of Vermont are hereby notified that the taxes, interest, costs and fees assessed by such town for the year 2016-2017 remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described lands situated in the Town of Townshend. Land and premises located in Townshend, Vermont, more particularly described as follows: Dwelling and parcel of land estimated to contain .30 acres, more or less, located at 360 Grafton Road, Parcel No. 09062-000, and being more particularly described in the Warranty Deed of Barbara E. Covey, Executrix of the Estate of Ruth S. Putnam to Steven H. Jacobs dated February 27, 1998 and recorded in Book 67 at Page 174 of the Townshend Land Records. The proposed transmitter site for the new FM translator is 42-53-20.7 N, 72-36-46.7 W.
