Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Brattleboro Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Selectboard Meeting Room, Municipal Center, 230 Main St., Brattleboro, VT, to consider the following: 2018-29 Housing Vermont and Brattleboro Housing Partnerships for Red Clover Commons, LTD; Neighborhood Center District; request for Site Plan, PUD Amendment, and Local Act 250 Approval to construct a 21,805 sq. ft. senior living facility containing 20 individual apartments (21 bedrooms). The proposed building is three stories above surface parking. The proposed building will be connected to the existing Red Clover Commons building at the third level. The surface parking is existing reconfigured parking. When complete the project will allow for (39) parking spaces under the existing Red Clover Commons Building, (2) existing surface parking spaces, and (14) newly configured surface parking spaces below the new building for a total of (55) parking spaces at 30 Fairground Road; Tax Map Parcel # 355125.100. 2018-153 Todd Einig for Harris Hill, Inc. for Town of Brattleboro Recreation and Parks Department; Waterfront District; request for Site Plan, steep slope, and Local Act 250 approval to repair an existing 17 meter ski jump at Memorial Park which has been out of use for 20+ years; site work will include regrading the slope of the landing zone to meet current safety standards with no addition of fill; the trestle will be reconstructed; overgrown brush will be removed; all cleared slopes will be seeded and mulched; grass will be maintained to prevent erosion; the jump is served by an existing snow making line which may require repairs; existing site lighting will be brought into conformance with town regulations; a new electrical conduit will be installed; there will be no increase in impervious surfaces at 91 Memorial Park Drive; Tax Map Parcel #110215.000. 2018-154 Sara Matters; Rural District; request for Conditional Use Approval to operate a pet training home business at 1104 Ames Hill Road; Tax Map Parcel #90032.000. 2018-157 Muriel W. Wolf Revocable Trust; Rural District; request for Minor Subdivision Final Plat Approval to create a parcel near 856 Fisch Road; Tax Map Parcel #50001.000. 2018-159 Katherine & Ernest Dowd; Rural District; request for Wetlands Conditional Use Approval to construct a pond in a wetland that is not under state jurisdiction due to its small size at 641 Bonnyvale Road; Tax Map Parcel #100230.400. 2018-160 Felicity Ratte; Rural Residential District; request for Minor Subdivision Final Plat Approval to create a new parcel at 738 Bonnyvale Road; Tax Map Parcel #100332.200.
