The hearing is to consider the application #24-007 by Deane Wilson for a minor subdivision of Tax Lot 00A09, 15.7 acres of land at 505 South Wardsboro Road into three residential lots. The submission requirements of the Newfane Subdivision Bylaw are found at Article 4 and a list of plan requirements for minor or major subdivisions is found at Section 4.3 and is presented as a checklist. Per section 4.2, final plat review is required for all applications for subdivision.
