INVITATION TO BID The Town of Athens is seeking bids for curbside Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Recycling collection and disposal. The service will provide biweekly pickup of bagged MSW and alternating biweekly pickup of Recycling, with Monday being the preferred pickup day. The service provider is responsible for proper disposal of the MSW and recycling created by the residents of Athens. Sealed bids for one-year contracts, with a starting date of June 10, 2024, are due at the Town Office, 25 Brookline Rd., Athens, VT 05143, by April 15, 2024 at 1:00pm.
