VERMONT HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BONDS ISSUE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (the "Agency") on the 21st day of September, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in its offices located at 164 St. Paul Street, Burlington, Vermont, regarding the proposed issuance of tax-exempt bonds, the aggregate principal amount of which will not be in excess of $3.75 million for the purpose of refunding existing bond financings for the seven (7) residential rental projects throughout the State of Vermont set forth below (the "Projects"): 1. A 19-unit age-restricted multifamily project known as Conant Square Inn located at 30 Conant Square in the Town of Brandon whose owner is Conant Square Housing Limited Partnership. 2. A 24-unit age-restricted multifamily project known as Vernon Senior Housing located at 82 Huckle Hill Road in the Town of Vernon whose owner is Huckle Hill Housing Limited Partnership. 3. A 44-unit general occupancy multifamily project known as Four Winds Apartments located at 145 N. Elm Street in the City of St. Albans whose owner is Rail City Housing LP. 4. A 14-unit general occupancy multifamily project known as Passumpsic South located at 16, 40, 66, 84, 118, 182 and 200 Main Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury whose owner is Passumpsic Housing Limited Partnership. 5. A 11-unit general occupancy multifamily project known as Lake Champlain Apartments located at 323-325 St. Paul St. in the City of Burlington whose owner is Burlington Housing Authority. 6. A 44-unit age-restricted multifamily project known as Whitney Hill Homestead located at 100 Whitney Hill Road in the Town of Williston whose owner is Cathedral Square Corporation. 7. A 11-unit age-restricted multifamily project known as Derby Line Gardens located at 197 Main Street in the Town of Derby whose owner is Gilman Housing Trust, Inc. All persons who desire to be heard on the proposed issuance of bonds and notes are invited to attend the Public Hearing. For the convenience of interested persons, additional information relating to the Project, including a complete list of the housing projects included in this financing plan, will be available at the office of the Agency. Issuance of the proposed bonds and notes is subject to the approval of the Governor of the State of Vermont. 09/06/18

VERMONT HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BONDS ISSUE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (the "Agency") on the 17th day of September, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in its offices located at 164 St. Paul Street, Burlington, Vermont, regarding the proposed issuance of tax-exempt qualified mortgage bonds in one or more series, the aggregate principal amount of which will not be in excess of $35 million, for the purpose of providing funds to finance single family mortgage loans to be made to borrowers of low and moderate income throughout the State of Vermont (the "Program"). All persons who desire to be heard on the proposed issuance of bonds are invited to attend the Public Hearing. For the convenience of interested persons, additional information relating to the Program will be available at the office of the Agency. Issuance of the proposed bonds is subject to, among other conditions, the approval of the Governor of the State of Vermont. 08/31/18
